1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with tags and accessories included.

  • You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate items (e.g., earrings, nose pins)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

2. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization along with shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
